Theaimoftheworkshopistobringtogetheracademicresearchersincodingtheoryandcryptology,aswellastheirrelatedareas.Theworkshopwillprovideajointforumforspecialistsinthetheoryandapplicationsofcodingtheoryandcryptologytopresenttheirresultsandexchangeviews,whileitsotherfocuswillbeonemergingdevelopmentsanddiscussionofopenproblemsinthefields.Therewillbeinvitedtalksonly,butallresearchersandstudentsarewelcometoparticipate.TheconferenceproceedingswillbepublishedbySpringerintheLectureNotesinComputerScienceseries.Theworkshopisco-organizedbyQingdaoUniversity(QDU),ChinaandtheNanyangTechnologicalUniversity,Singapore(NTU).TheworkshopissponsoredbyQDU.
